For a private treat, swing into golf action at the resort’s 18-hole championship golf course. Sprawled over 210 acres across the tropical rainforest, Berjaya Tioman Resort is the only resort on the island which owns an 18-hole golf course. Designed by Ronald Fream and Michael Coate, the golf course boasts a magnificent scenic beach view on the first nine and spectacular scenery of lush tropical rainforests on the second nine.
RECREATION
Keeping in mind to provide fun-filled activities for the entire family, the resort has three swimming pools and a Jacuzzi at the main pool, a children’s playground, tennis courts and basketball court. Not forgetting avid divers, the resort also houses a PADI Dive Centre which offers lessons for enthusiasts, novices as well as professionals. Other activities include scuba diving, parasailing, windsurfing, sailing, snorkeling, canoeing, boat charters, jungle trekking, boat trips to nearby islands, dart board games, table tennis and pool / snooker.
