Margaret Soh Country Manager margaret@randallmarketing.com.au Responsibilities: Margaret is our Country Manager for China and is an integral part in the development of our North Asian expansion. She is based in Shanghai and manages Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau. Her main responsibilities include managing the team across China, client relationship management and quality of service delivery as well as the operation of all North Asian offices. She works closely with the management team for ongoing business development and in developing Randall Marketing North Asia. Experience: Margaret has over 25 years experience in the hospitality and tourism industries in Asia. She has worked with some of Asia’s leading hotel groups and destination management companies in varying roles. Her strengths include customer relationship management, driving sales and expertise in understanding the distribution chain. Her experience in inbound roles for MICE & FIT businesses gives her an edge when communicating with outbound travel agents. Margaret speaks Chinese and English fluently. She has a great passion for the hospitality industry and is proud to now call Shanghai home.
