Mary's role is to manage all aspects of e-commerce. Additionally she is responsible for managing ongoing projects, ensuring the highest level of service is provided to all customers.

 

Experience:

Mary has had an extensive 19 year career across both the travel and dotcom industries. She has managed large sales and reservation teams, specialising specifically in training and people development. Subsequently she worked for a highly successful property company in London and gained invaluable experience managing e-commerce projects. Most recently Mary managed the Amadeus Customer Service team based in Sydney.
