Selina Ho Director of Sales & Development selina@randallmarketing.com.au Responsibilities: Selina plays a key role in business development, responsible for all sales and new business development activities in Hong Kong, Macau, and the Pearl River Delta Region focusing on Corporate and MICE sectors. Strategically, Selina performs statistical analysis on sales figures to evaluate business growth potential for existing business; in addition, she supports the development and implementation of the Company's Marketing and Sales Plans. Experience: Selina has over 10 years of sales and management experience in the hospitality industry. Selina began her career in various sales and managerial roles in Hong Kong and then participated in the set up of the Club Med and Star Cruises corporate team which was formed to co-develop and enhance channel strategies with the goal of increasing sales revenue for the corporate and incentive groups. Based in Hong Kong, Selina then worked for the Shangri-la Hotel in Guangzhou and was responsible for demand creation and all sales support functions in Hong Kong, Macau and the Taiwan markets. Selina graduated with a Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management in New Zealand Central Institute of Technology. Selina enjoys the sun and the ocean and in meeting people. She has proven to be an excellent tour guide to promote Hong Kong's cultural spots.
