Responsibilities:
Charlie's key area of responsibility is relationship management with all key stakeholders including clients, customers, airlines, National Tourist Offices (NTO's) and the media. He is also responsible for the corporate and MICE sectors as well as new business development.
Experience:
Charlie incorporates all the skills gained over more than 20 years in the global travel industry into his role at Randall Marketing. Charlie's experience has come from initially working in the UK on the frontline at Europe's largest independent retailer. Subsequently he ran the sales and product departments at the world's oldest travel company, implementing new FIT and group programmes to all parts of the globe. Once based in Australia, Charlie has been responsible for procurement and product development across Asia, North America, Fiji and the Pacific Islands. He is well known to many hoteliers across the Asia-Pacific region
Charlie has gained a remarkable insight into tourist industries around the globe and particularly Asia-Pacific. His passion for diverse cultures and destinations is his greatest motivator in promoting and developing tourism in the developing world. Charlie is a keen advocate of sustainable development and supporting local economies.
