His main responsibilities now include ongoing business development, relationship management and developing Randall Marketing North Asia. Experience: Randall has over 25 years experience in the hospitality and tourism industries after training at Cornell University USA in Hotel Management. He has worked with many prestigious hotel groups in Australia and across Asia in a number of different roles, including vice-president of sales and marketing. Some of his many achievements include establishing global sales and marketing offices in Europe, the USA and Asia; developing hotels in China, and setting up a member alliance of hotels in Asia.
